Every builder has the same story. The site cleanup was booked for Monday, nobody turned up, the framers arrived Wednesday to a block full of spoil and the whole program slipped a week over something that should have taken half a day.

Distinctive Site Services exists because that is a solvable problem. Turn up when you said you would, clear the site properly, take the waste away, do it again next stage.

It means the person who quotes your job is the person who turns up to it. There is no call centre, no account manager and no chance of the message not getting through. You have one number and it reaches someone who knows your site.

We know the build stages

The difference between a site services contractor and a general rubbish removal outfit is knowing what needs to go and what stays. We understand what frame stage looks like, what an inspector wants to see and why the slab needs to be clear before the framers land.

You should not have to explain your own build program to the contractor cleaning up after it.

The 48 hour commitment

Booked today means on site within two business days. That is the whole promise and it is the thing the business is built around. If we cannot hit it on a given job we will tell you when you call, not on the day.
