What the final clean covers
Everything left over at the end of a build, cleared off the block so the property presents properly for handover.

- Driveways, paths and hardstand swept down

- Protective packaging and film removed
- Site left presentable for the walkthrough
Handover day is a sales day
Whatever the build cost and however good the workmanship is, the client forms their impression in the first thirty seconds of walking onto the block. A site still carrying builders rubbish undoes a lot of good work.
